Archived Video: The sims 3 let's build: $10,000 house

In this video, I build a simply house (more bungalow) for under 10,000 Simoleons (The in-game currancy of the sims 3), with the final “lot value” coming to 9,612 Simoleons. The house/bungalow was better than I expected for the price.
