Free Audiobooks for Children

Audiobooks are often used by parents to help their children to drift off to sleep. The problem is that audiobooks are expensive as if you consider that an audiobook is often around ten hours long and your child listens to one hour per night then at a minimum you are looking at spending around 79p per day on audiobooks. This article provides a number of free public domain children’s audiobooks. all of which have been remastered from their public domain sources to provide far superior sound quality.

Stories of the First American Animals

What Katy Did at School was a novel published in 1872. It was the second book out of three-parter, written by Sarah Chauncey Woolsey.

The book is about “Katy Carr” time in a boarding school with her sister Clover Carr.
