2024: Week 2

Monday:

Was meant to go swimming however, after scanning my membership card and entering the changing rooms to tell me even after scanning in and confirming with pool staff that it was a public swim at that time, that I had to leave as a school was about to arrive.

The pool staff lying, claiming they had changed the timetable. Something they failed to do until 6PM (4 hours afterwards). Went on a drive instead.

Tuesday:

Tuesday was a less busy day. Just a drive and shopping. Though, the staff allocated had an awful attitude. Well.. At least the laptop I ordered dedicated to video and website creation arrived.

Wednesday:

Went to a local trampoline park, which was fun for the first 30 minutes, before I started feeling sickly. Was meant to have support to clean my bedroom, but the staff allocated didn’t turn up.

Thursday:

Went swimming. Well, at least this time, the pool had the correct timetable. However, the other swimmers ruined it.

The fucking lane swimmers, who get most of the timetable allocated to them and even had one lane set-up for them, took over the entire swimming pool (and turn the whole thing in lanes). Twats.

Friday:

Bus trip to Cambridge. Bus was on time (both ways. Stagecoach is much better than Whippet), and the city wasn’t too busy. I had no interest in what the shops were selling and as we left in the afternoon, most of the time was spent walking around (Did manger to see around the Fitzwilliam Museum).

However, the bus stop finding app sent us nearly a mile in the wrong direction.

Saturday:

Just a drive with getting takeaway on the way back (Mighty bucket for one at the local KFC). The local KFC franchise, for some reason, can now prepare orders in less than one minute, that are consistent in quality and at least somewhat warm.

The local McDonald’s franchise takes 10 minutes to hand over a cold burger with melted cheese.

Sunday:

Sundays are generally my least busy day. Just a walk a bed room cleaning that day. Staff did actually turn up this time. Was mostly rearrange storage boxes.
