The last I have seen about 20 blue screens of death and have been spending hours per day trying to figure out what was causing the errors as it was the memory_management 1A error I first tried to fix windows files that got corrupted over the last 4 years and that fixed that issue for 24 hours but after that the dreaded BSOD came back with a vengeance so I tested the RAM to see if after 3 and 1/2 years one of the sticks had failed so ran Memtest86+ and within 5 minutes it was reporting thousands of errors so I had to swap ram sticks to find out which one had failed and found that it was the third one:

So now I have to find a replacement stick meaning lack of matching pair (8GB DDR3 sticks are already getting hard to find let alone matching pairs) and komputerbay now charges £60 a stick (Used to be about £27 in 2012) so it won’t be even the same brand as it is extremely expensive but it should work find.
