2024: Week 13

A restively boring week. The week started with just some shopping and researching history (normal), but Tuesdays were a more exciting day. I had a drive to Mcdonalds in Huntingdon, before taking a couple of trips between Godmanchester and Huntingdon to waste the hour left before public swimming started at One Leisure.

Wednesday. I went to the local library to borrow a couple of books. Blogging for Dummies (as seeing others’ perspective on blogging is useful) and Women and Girls with Autism Spectrum Disorder (as seeing the other genders’ perspective on Autism is also useful).

Also had some help to do meal preparation (only with cutting a bunch of onions) for about 10 potions of “Chinese” Pork Curry to use up the cans of Pork Chucks I had in the cupboard for 2 years and had some support for history research.

The highlight of Thursday was a meal out at Weatherspoon’s. Cod and chips with mushy peas. It was meant to be £7.09 as a launch time deal with a soft drink (Pepsi Max in my case) but came to £3.07 as the meal of the day deal (£5.90) clashed with the national afternoon.

Friday, help with cleaning bedroom, a local walk and researching history.

Saturday, a quick trip out in the car.

Sunday aka Easter Sunday. Mostly in the house as, of course, it is Easter. Just going out for some bottled water from One Stop.
