2024: Week 7

This week was a bit of a “blur”. So instead of my normal style of weekly update, I will just summarize what happened in my life on the 7th week of 2024.

After the utterly stressful ending to the 6th week, the next week was considerably “calmer”. Mostly longer local walks with staff. Not exactly exciting. Way too many takeaways (I get bored with takeaways easily).

Most attempts to do anything more “exciting” had problems. For example, swimming was inaccessible because of the half term crowds. Also caused problems with the activity on Saturday. Being left to feel overwhelmed in crowded environments because staff were more interested in another service user who I invited on to my activity. Not like they would help.

Indoor activities I also tried to plan never worked out (Staff are not really interested in interacting with me).

I get more fed up with this care home by the week.
