2024: Week 10

Not a very exciting week. Mostly walks around the local area, with the group activity being awful (paying £8 to walk around a boring zoo for 20 minutes). Had the MacBook Pro I sent off on Sunday arrive back on Wednesday. Only for the screen to show oily spot which when cleaned off reveled revealed blue marks on the screen which fixed themselves by the time of the Apple Store appointment (pressure marks from UPS handling?)

Had a doctor’s appointment on Friday. Got cut off before I could fully describe the problems I am currently going though with him saying time ran because I was late. Ignoring that, the receptionists delayed opening the doors and spent ages manning the phones, talking to others, delaying signing me in.

Well… At least the doctor prescribed one new medicine, even if he forgot that I can’t take tablets (and would not listen to anything I tried to tell him after reaching the “time limit”) and that leading to the surgery getting into an argument with the pharmacists but they solved it.
